An official document from an educational institution must be provided which shows that you are a full-time student of Political Science or a related subject. Student cards which show the year(s) of enrollment may be used. You will have to upload a PDF document or image (Max. 5MB) of your student proof in order to proceed with the registration.
Members in good standing of the Polish Political Science Association (PPSA) / Polskie Towarzystwo Nauk Politycznych (PTNP) who are also IPSA members in 2016 are eligible for a reduced registration fee as shown below. For information about PTNP membership please visit www.ptnp.org.pl.
Members of the Turkish Political Science Association (TPSA) / Siyasi İlimler Türk Derneği (SITD) are eligible for a reduced registration fee. In order to be validated as a TPSA membership the e-mail in your IPSA account has to be the same you provided in your TPSA membership form.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the IPSA Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org. Registrations cancelled before April 13, 2016 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid; cancellations received as of April 14, 2016 and no-shows will not be refunded. If mailed, the 50% refund will apply to notifications post-marked by April 5, 2016.
Please note: membership fees are non-refundable. New and renewed membership will continue to be valid even if registration to the World Congress is cancelled. If you cannot attend the World Congress, please send your cancellation notice as soon as possible, to allow your panel to find a replacement in time.
If you completed your registration before 25 February 2016 and no longer wish to attend the Congress, please contact us at email@example.com and we will refund 100% of your registration fee (membership fees are non-refundable).
